Returns Policy

We want you to be completely relaxed about ordering your new occasional chair. Here is everything you need to know.

Standard Chairs — No Quibble Returns

Naturally we want everything to go smoothly, but if a problem does arise we want to put it right as quickly as possible.

Standard chairs are the ones you see on this website where you select the frame style and the fabric from our Designer’s Choice range.

Our No Quibble Guarantee

We are so confident that you will love your new chair that we offer our unique “No Quibble Returns” policy on all standard chairs. If for any reason, once you get your chair into your home, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

  • 10-day return window — returns must be initiated within 10 days of your delivery date.
  • Full purchase price refunded — we will refund the full cost of the chair once it has been returned to us in its original condition.
  • Original condition required — the chair must be returned unused and undamaged, in its original packaging where possible.
  • Return delivery costs — the cost of returning the chair to us is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Bespoke & Custom Orders

Every bespoke chair we make is crafted specifically for you — to your chosen specification, in your chosen fabric. Because each piece is made entirely to order and cannot be resold, bespoke orders are non-returnable except in the circumstances outlined below.

  • Faulty or damaged on arrival — if your chair arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange repair, replacement, or a full refund as appropriate.
  • Incorrectly supplied — if your chair does not match your confirmed order specification (frame, fabric, or finish), we will put it right at no cost to you.
  • Change of mind — as bespoke chairs are made to your individual specification, we are unable to accept returns on the grounds of change of mind. We encourage you to order fabric samples and take full advantage of our pre-order consultation before confirming your order.
