Every chair is handcrafted to order in Britain. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your chair will arrive.

Lead Times

Our bespoke furniture is handcrafted to order in Britain. Standard lead times are 10–12 weeks from order placement, though this may vary depending on your chosen fabric’s availability and time of year.

Delivery Charges

We offer flat-rate shipping across UK Mainland, with discounts available when ordering multiple pieces. For an exact quote before ordering, please contact us.

  • Special locations — deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, and remote areas may require additional time and charges due to accessibility.
  • International delivery — available upon request. Please note that import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Contact us for a quote.

How Delivery Works

  1. 1 Completion notificationOnce your furniture is ready, we’ll contact you to confirm delivery has been scheduled with our courier partner.
  2. 2 Delivery arrangementOur delivery company will contact you directly (by text, phone, or email) within 10 working days to arrange a convenient date.
  3. 3 Delivery dayDeliveries take place Monday to Friday, 7am–5pm. You’ll receive your delivery time slot one working day before. Our white-glove delivery service will unpack your furniture in your chosen room and remove all packaging.
