You can order your occasional chair in just a few simple steps.
1) You select the chair style you like and any special instructions (e.g. unique size, choice of feet).
2) You choose your fabric. We can help you coordinate fabrics with the décor in your home. You can choose a fabric from our online Designer’s Choice or you can pick any suitable fabric.
3) You place your order online. We accept online payment by credit card or debit card. If you prefer you can order by telephone. We will also accept payment by BACS bank transfer and by cheque but these orders cannot be completed on-line.
4) We will contact you to confirm your order and to check that we have your precise requirements before work starts.
5) We will contact you when your chair is ready, to arrange for delivery.
6) You receive your new chair ready to enhance your home.
7) Relax in your new chair!
We can also use fabric that you supply but subject to certain provisos; your fabric must be suitable for furnishing and must not compromise the fire rating of the chair.

For many chairs it is possible to vary the dimensions to optimise your comfort, but please understand that we often we have to say no to these sort of requests. Some chairs are more suitable for changes to height or width. All bespoke changes add to the cost and delivery time and so we quote for each job individually.
Once your chair is finished you can collect from our York shop or we can arrange delivery throughout the UK. We work with professional couriers to ensure smooth and trouble free delivery direct to your home.
We want to keep shipping charges as simple and clear as possible, so there is a single fixed delivery charge no matter how many chairs you order. That means delivery is free on additional chairs.
If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask us.
